About the Event

Join us for a session considering the various ways UX and AI can complement and enhance each other. Our speakers will share case studies on how to make AI features user-friendly, strategies for streamlining analysis and production processes for AI chatbots, and techniques to test if AI interventions live up to their promises in reality. There will be time for Q&A and general discussion after the presentations.

We will hear from:

  • Sarah Zama, Head of UX from the University of Oxford: “Why UX Guidance and Governance Matter for Chatbots”
  • Emma Horrell, UCISA UX Group co-chair from the University of Edinburgh: “Can AI improve user experiences? What we learned from experiments with Drupal AI”.
