06 May 2024 - Congratulations to the winner of the inaugural DEG-DCG Achievement award!

At the Spotlight conference on 30 April 2024, UCISA’s Digital Education and Digital Capabilities Groups awarded the inaugural DEG-DCG Achievement Award. The award recognises an individual working in a UCISA member organisation who has made a significant contribution over the past five years to the support of digital education and/or digital capabilities in the areas of support, research and/or leadership.

We are delighted to have awarded the Achievement Award to Jack Ennis from Newcastle University. The panel commented that they had submitted a strong application which demonstrated sustained achievement over a wide range of digital education and digital capabilities projects and acknowledged work on introducing Microsoft 365, digital exams and partnership with colleagues.
