PACED25 Exhibition and Sponsorship Opportunities

This year newly named annual PACED25 Conference from the Corporate information Systems and Project and Change Management Communities will be held at Spaces at The Spine - The Spine Building, 2 Paddington Village, Liverpool L7 3FA and we invite you to join us in Liverpool.

The event will focus on major issues impacting the sector, highlight emerging innovation and best practice throughout our membership and hear from sector leaders on their challenges, solutions, and successes. Attendees at this event will comprise those responsible for the development and implementation of corporate and academic systems, programme and project management and business process improvement, their staff and CIOs and IT Directors.

As in previous years we hope to complement the programme with Partner Showcases – opportunities to share your experience and success in working together with institutions to deliver new value to their organisations. Sponsorship and exhibition package is as follow:

  • Primary sponsorship package £8,500 + VAT
(inc 30-minute keynote presentation, table-top stand space, x 2 day passes per day, including lunch, logo in conference app and website)
  • Platinum/Partner Showcase package £6,000 + VAT
(inc 20-minute presentation, table-top stand space, x 2 day passes per day, including lunch, logo in conference app and website)
  • Conference Exhibition Space £2,450 + VAT
(inc table-top stand space, x 2 day passes per day, including lunch)

Please note: Due to high demand, sponsors will be asked to submit a proposal for consideration by Conference Committee.

If you wish to take advantage of any of the above presentation packages, please complete this short form to submit your proposal for the Conference Committee’s consideration together with details of your speaker. The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday 11th July 2025.

For the presentation proposals, wherever possible, demonstrate where you have partnered with a HE/FE institution, highlighting how you were able to meet the requirements, address challenges (e.g. peak loads during specific times of the year/activities) and demonstrate benefits realised. The content should not be a sales pitch. Rather explain a general problem or challenge facing the sector, talk about what you have learned and finish with a few slides on how your solution can help. Presenting in partnership with an academic site as a case study with the Full member leading the presentation, is our preference.

If you are interested in taking up a stand in the conference exhibition, please email events@ucisa.ac.uk.
