What to think about  when considering Generative AI in education.
Trevor Baxter, Director of IT Innovation, King's College London

Generative AI has hit faster and changed quicker than any other technology many of us have ever seen. When a new technology comes along there is often a pressure from all around to implement this NOW.  This collides with the service driven thinking used to make our systems reliable creating a conflict between IT Services and the business.  This session talks through some of the potential challenges you need to consider when implementing elements of AI in an educational establishment.  It considers how you might balance these pressures to keep your organisation safer and what the future may be.
