To discuss with the audience any questions, or comments along with what does Benefits Management look like in the future from their perspective?
This is a Q&A session where the presenters from sessions 1 & 2 (8th July and 1st September) in the Benefits Management series are brought together as a panel to give their thoughts on questions from the community.

Lee heads up the Strategic Programmes Office at UWE Bristol where he has worked for 26 years, holding this role since 2014. Prior to this he was Deputy Director of Transformation Services and Assistant Director IT Services – Programme Management Office underpinned by an early career in software development, project management and systems analysis. Lee is now a professional senior manager and his service provides Portfolio, Project, Programme, Business Analysis and Change Management services for major change initiatives that support implementation of the University’s Strategy. He has worked in a number of challenging sectors including Defence & Civil Aviation and Financial Services but predominantly in Higher Education. Lee is also a qualified and experienced executive/leadership coach and regular Blogger on the subject via Linked-in and his website www.elnorscorner.com and he is Chair of the Common Purpose South West Advisory Board, an organisation specialising multi sector leadership development and problem solving.

I joined UAL over 2 years ago, and was involved in the rollout and embedding of a suite of benefits management tools, and supported the updating of our governance framework to emphasise a benefits/value led approach. Prior to UAL, I worked in a number of large retailers setting up and running their PMOs, covering everything from governance and prioritisation, to monitoring, assuring and reporting on a variety of programmes and projects.
