A template for recording the outcomes of a Privacy Impact Assessment is also included within the Toolkit, which is available as a PDF. A companion volume, available as a Word document, containing a worked example of a PIA for the introduction of Microsoft Office 365 at a fictional university illustrates how the process works and the type of privacy risks that a PIA can highlight.
