The meeting of the UCISA London Group, supported by LMN, will be held in the afternoon of 20 June 2018 in Room R203of the The Franklin Building, City, University of London and is open to representatives of London-based UCISA member institutions.
Rather than have one theme, the meeting will cover a variety of topics.
The meeting will be of interest to IT Directors and network managers from FE and HE institutions in London, amongst others.
The event is open to staff from all Full member institutions to attend but booking is required.

With a strategic goal of creating globally employable students, LSE’s IT Training team started offering the Microsoft Office Specialist exams in 2014 to help students validate and prove their technical skills. Four years on and 2 UK Excel champions later, the team reflects on the benefits to the LSE community, their lessons learned, and where the programme will go next.
At LSE since 2006, Jeni recently won the FDM Everywoman in Technology Academic Award for her role in promoting digital capabilities for female students. She leads a talented team of professional and student staff, delivering innovative and challenging programmes to develop digital literacy, job-specific skills, and technical confidence in users of all levels.
