Austin Court, Birmingham
This event brings together speakers from organisations such as HESA, UCAS, SLC and ICO giving them the opportunity to present their current developments, their future plans and, very importantly, giving delegates an opportunity to ask questions of them.
These are the organisations which HE institutions are required to deal with on a day to day basis and their system and data requirements can dramatically impact on the CISG community. Knowing their plans will give invaluable insight to HE institutions.
This year, the event targets not just established HE managers but also encourage practitioners and new entrants to the HE sector to come along and find out for themselves what these organisations do. We will be asking all of the organisations to not just report on their future plans, but also to give an overview of who they are, what they do, and what value they give to the HE sector.
This seminar is very much a regular feature in the UCISA-CISG calendar and continues to attract much interest within the sector, this year we look forward to broadening the participation to anyone within HE who has an interest in the work of these organisations. It will give a unique opportunity to discuss issues with representatives from the organisations and with other colleagues within the sector.
Details of the programme are now being finalised but we expect speakers from the following organisations:
