CISG15 Sponsors presentation brief

Delegates at this event will comprise those responsible for the development and implementation of corporate and academic systems, programme and project management and business process improvement, their staff and CIOs and IT Directors. Delegates attend from across the sector, the UK and beyond and are powerful influencers with significant budget control.  IT systems and services linked with process improvement and programme management underpin every aspect of an institution’s business.  They extend from the traditional student records, finance and HR systems to include assessment software, the VLE, portals, communication systems and customer relationship management software.  Integration presents a major challenge.  Delegates may have responsibility for the project office in their institutions and will be familiar with techniques such as Enterprise Architecture for systems implementation and Lean for business improvement.

The cost for a 3 metre frontage, 2 metre deep, exhibition space is £2250 (+ VAT), and includes three daytime exhibitor passes which allows entrance to the Conference sessions.  More than three attendees are welcome but must register and pay for extra exhibitor passes.  Please note, these additional exhibitor day passes are for employees of exhibiting companies only.  Staff from other organisations must register and pay as delegates at the appropriate rate.  Neither of the above include the dinners but you are, as always, very welcome to attend these.

  • A basic power socket will be provided for each space.
  • Wifi will be available for browsing and email only.  (If you require anything more than this, you will need to book a hard wired connection via the hotel.  Please contact Taryn Sandy <taryn.sandy@fairmont.com> for further information.
  • If you require a clothed table and chairs, please let us know.
  • Please note that display boards and stands are not provided.  
  • Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. We have arranged for a block of rooms to be held at the hotel for exhibitors. Details will be available on the Exhibitor pages of our website shortly.
  • Please book your stand attendees via the online booking form providing either a PO number or paying by credit card.
  • Please forward a 50 word company profile asap but definitely no later than Friday 18 September.

The Exhibition is open from 1200–2000 on Wednesday 11 November and 1000–1600 on Thursday 12 November.  Setup is from 0800 on the Wednesday morning and breakdown is from 1600 on the Thursday afternoon.  The Exhibition will be held in The Atrium where the Conference delegates will take their lunch, tea and coffee breaks. 

The Conference is open from midday on Wednesday 11 November until lunchtime on Friday 13 November.

Primary sponsorship of £6,000 will include a keynote presentation slot, as long as a suitable presentation can be agreed.  There will also be Business Showcase sessions for those sponsoring over £3.5K.  If you wish to take advantage of either of the above packages, please submit a 200 word proposal for the Conference Committee’s consideration by Friday 11 July.  Please note, sponsorship packages are only available to exhibitors.
