Post-Pandemic Learning & Teaching Transformation At Scale

About the Event

This session will cover the journey that Falmouth University have been on since their founding roots as a traditional art school to a leading university for the creative industries who are paving the way for online learning in creative subjects. September sees the post pandemic adoption of digital within all on-campus courses as a part of a new era of Digitally Enhanced Learning aligned with wholesale curriculum transformation that looks to embed key themes employability, sustainability, entrepreneurship, collaboration and more at the heart of the curriculum.

Starting from our lessons learnt from the pandemic, we will reveal how these are being interwoven as a core part of learning and teaching moving forwards through a focus on learning design, our new common curriculum framework (including blended ratios) and through embracing digitally enhanced learning.

The session will then split into 3 key areas of interest where we will give a brief overview of the work we have done to date and then open up for wider discussion within the breakout groups for reflection and feedback.

• Collaboration at scale – introducing the collaboration module with implementation at scale and support for interdisciplinary learning
