This session will talk about a hybrid Agile approach we are adopting within Business Improvement Services led projects at Cardiff Met; our approach tailored using a combination of Agile PM (DSDM - Dynamic System Development Method) and Scrum. Using this approach has seen for the benefits of retaining a project structure, using sprints from the project onset to focus and prioritise all activity (technical and non-technical) based on a on a dynamic and evolving backlog, and to streamline our planning.
