About the Event

An organisations core is its people. How people are treated, led and developed is important, not just to them but to your organisation too. This is especially true when people are trying to adapt to new ways of working. Whilst education establishments' core mission is to do this for their customer this ucisa-London topic explores ways that we can help lead our teams, develop our staff and how we can support them. If we do this well we can retain their enthusiasm and their loyalty. This does not have to be via expensive training or investments and will make for a better working environment.

The event will earn 2 CDP accreditations.
