Enhancing and streamlining the IT experience for new starters (staff)

We have implemented a simple automated process to capture IT system access rights and requirements for new members of staff, ready on their first day of employment. In addition, we are ensuring that all new staff receive a 1-2-1 IT induction on their first day by coordinating IT champions across the university.,
