About the Event

ISO 27001: Everything you need to know

This session focuses on ISO27001, what it is and how to implement it in an educational environment. Further Education colleges were recently told they needed to adopt this standard and although Covid-19 has given them a little more time ISO27001 is still high on their agenda. Higher education organisations are also doing this as three of our sessions will explain. We will cover what ISO27001 is and different ways to implement either working with an outside organisation or doing it yourself. Along the way we hope to expose tips and tricks to speed you on your own journey. There will be a networking break in the middle of the session and a chance to ask questions – as this will be hosted in Microsoft Teams, you can continue the questions after the session finishes.
