The University of Hertfordshire will take you through their innovative cost-effective approach to solving these Enterprise Architecture and business challenges.

Assistive technology, provision, use and support in universities and colleges – a facilitated discussion
Bernard Aghedo, London Officer, ucisa

At the ucisa Leadership conference in Edinburgh in March there was a keynote presentation on how Microsoft Accessibility tools was changing a major government department. This session will aim to look at how HE and FE institutions are providing and supporting Assistive Technologies, a broader spectrum that includes accessibility, adaptive and rehabilitative technology for people with disabilities and the elderly. We will also consider the processes used in selecting, locating, and using them.
