The 33rd AGM of the association took place online on 11 June, and was attended by 47 member institutions.

We are pleased to confirm that all the ordinary resolutions were passed, meaning the minutes of the 2025 AGM were approved, the annual report of the Trustees and the accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 were approved and Gravita were re-appointed as our auditors. he meeting resolved to increase the UCISA subscription fee by 5% for 2027. 

Matthew Flower, University of Wolverhampton and Mark Johnston, University of Glasgow were voted in as UCISA Secretary and Treasurer, respectively. Both will serve for a two-year term.

We would also like to congratulate Nick Gilbert, London School of Economics and Political Science and Nathalie Czechowski from University of South Wales who were duly elected to the Board of Trustees.

Following a meeting of the Board yesterday we are pleased announce that the following were co-opted to serve on the Board of Trustees until the next AGM:

  • Iain McCracken, London School of Economics
  • Simon Corbett, Northumbria University
  • Krishnananda Pilicudale, University of Huddersfield
  • Bruce Rodger, University of Strathclyde
