DISC26 is for those who implement and manage IT infrastructure and networks along with those responsible for security within their institutions, as well as technology leaders: IT Directors, Infrastructure Managers and technologists. IT infrastructure usually accounts for the second largest institutional spend next to Estates and Facilities. Infrastructure Managers and IT Directors usually have the biggest spending power, often signing deals in excess of the EU procurement threshold.
