Continuous Improvement in Practice – What’s working in HE

About the Event

Continuous improvement can mean different things in different organisations. It might be about improving a service or process, making better use of data and feedback, introducing new ways of working or simply finding lots of small ways to make things better.

We’d like to hear from people who can share a practical example of Continuous Improvement in action.  Your story doesn’t need to be a major transformation or a perfectly polished success story.  We’re just as interested in the journey; what problem were you trying to solve, what did you do, what did you learn and what would you do differently next time?

Topics might include approaches and methodologies for CI in HE, building a culture of improvement, engaging colleagues and service users, improving processes and services or overcoming resistance and barriers.

Whether you’ve been working on CI for years or if you have recently started experimenting with a new approach we’d love to hear from you.
