This session explores how the University of Oxford's Bodleian Libraries and UX Centre of Excellence are collaborating with students, including those with accessibility needs, and third-party suppliers to understand current search and discovery journeys.
Through this work, we're building a foundation for collaboration on future AI-enabled library services while developing reusable user journey mapping methods and templates for teams across the University.
We'll share practical lessons on collaborative research and inclusive design.
