UCISA Procurement Group Chairs, Rob Moore and Mel Gomes, will talk about early experiences of new Public Procurement Regulations (Procurement Act 23), which came live in February 2025. Rob will cover the impact of the changes on HEI IT teams while Mel will share how an early use of the new Competitive Flexible Procedure (CFP) under the Act, was an enabler in putting in place a new contract that will deliver transformational business change, improved user experience and significant commercial benefits with a move to a new, pure SaaS, platform.
