About the Event

Collecting and using data and feedback to inform approaches to digital capability development

Building on the success of the first connect and collaborate event from the Digital Capabilities Group (DCG) in February 2024, this session is designed to create a forum for professionals concerned with digital capability development to learn from colleagues, and share approaches that are working for you to engage staff and students in your organisation with digital capability development and demonstrating digital fluency.

The themes and topics of sessions are based on the preferences of attendees at the February event.

To stimulate discussion, the DCG committee are looking for presenters to share a seven minute (max) Pecha Kucha style presentation on the topic of collecting and using data and feedback to inform approaches to digital capability development. The presentation can reflect on large or small scale initiatives to understand where to prioritise resources and/or the impact of activity. This might include how data and feedback has helped your organisation to have better insight about staff and/or student digital capability development requirements, to learn more about the perceptions and outcomes of learning and development activity, and/or use data and feedback to persuade others to invest in digital capability development or adopt new ideas and ways of working.
