About the Event

Across our sector timetabling systems are growing in importance, and expectations with it. Whether we take the student experience perspective, the efficiency perspective, or a range of others, timetabling is a strategic enabler. A number of institutions are on a journey to review and improve how timetabling is delivered.

In this 90-minute session we will hear from three institutions who have recently implemented or are in the process of implementing a new timetabling system.

Colleagues from the University of Edinburgh, University of Stirling and University of South Wales will share their experiences on the implementation of their timetabling systems and will be on hand to answer questions.

Discussed during the event will be reasons for implementing a new timetabling system, the aim, the approach taken, any procurement issues, and any challenges faced or addressed.
