Resource and Capacity – Show & Tell 2
This webinar will be the second of two sessions for Show & Tell about Resource and Capacity Planning. With institutions needing to apply reduced or busy resources as efficiently as possible, greater tracking within projects/programmes is important. However, one size rarely fits all, so in finding the right solution for your particular institution multiple approaches must be considered.
The guest speakers will present their varied solutions, with some using an internally developed system and some opting for a dedicated system. There will be time for questions after each presentation, and again at the end of the virtual event.
