Amelia joined the University of Exeter in 2020 as a UX researcher after having studied Geography at their Penryn campus. Amelia is now part of the Digital Department at the University, sitting in the Design Chapter of their new agile team structure

I have extensive experience delivering innovation and change in Higher Education, from University of Manchester through to Keele University and Jisc.

specialise in developing the vision and coalition, then the management and implementation of challenging and transformational projects. At all scales from innovation labs and start-up initiatives, through single product implementations and digital transformation projects. My ability to work with different stakeholders has seen me successfully guide business and IT projects in complex environments.

As a qualified social research scientist, I use a wide variety of methods to develop innovative, digital solutions, such as behavioural science, quantitative data analysis, focus groups and elements of co-design.
