The 2011 UCISA Top Concerns survey highlighted the financial pressures on IT services. Whilst on going resourcing remains an issue, delivering a quality, resilient but cost effective service in these financially constrained times is the day to day challenge. Cloud and shared services offer alternative delivering models but do we really know our numbers well enough to be able to effectively evaluate these solutions and compare them with in house delivery? How can we demonstrate the benefits of our services to show that IT services are delivering value for money and that IT projects have been successful?

This Managers' Forum will look at how services may be costed and how the benefits may be demonstrated. The programme is still being finalised but the event will start at 1030 and will finish by 1615.
