Open letter on the Digital Economy Bill

UCISA are amongst a number of signatories to an open letter to members of the House of Lords regarding the provisions for copyright infringement and public access to the internet via institutions. The letter has been sent to those who sit on pertinent committees and/or have spoken during the passage of the Bill through the Lords, specifically Lords Brabazon of Tara, Gordon of Strathblane, Puttnam, Renton, Steel of Aikwood, Sutherland, Warner, Whitty, the Earl of Erroll and the Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills, Peter Mandelson.
