Toolkit for bulk data transfer to PBS issued

UKBA have issued a further release of their Points Based System Tier 4 Toolkit for software suppliers. The Toolkit contains an introduction to bulk data transfer, revised XML specifications, details of the additional validation applied to the upload file, sample files and supporting documentation and responses to frequently asked questions.
