Activities

UCISA bids for funds to support the development of toolkits and to share best practice.  One example of this is the publication of the Information Security Toolkit.  Another example is the production of a set of resources for implemention of ITIL in a higher education setting. 

In addition to this, UCISA maintains ongoing relationships with key organisations within the sector and keeps a watching brief on areas of interest such as shared services and outsourcing of email and data storage.
