Masterclass: Fresh ideas for successful IT training

This fully-subscribed one day Masterclass was aimed at IT trainers, managers and support staff responsible for the development and delivery of end-user IT training.

It allowed the presenters to share best practice in IT training for staff and/or students in higher education through a series of participative masterclass workshops.   Delegates engaged in a series of hands-on sessions, each demonstrating a different method or approach to IT training and followed by a group discussion of the activity and its potential for wider application.

Topics covered included:

• innovative delivery methods
• new solutions to old problems
• new approaches to using technology for training
