2012Service Desk Group Benchmarking Survey Summary of survey responses from 61 UK Higher Education institutions geographically dispersed including northern, southern and midland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Survey of Technology Enhanced Learning The Academic Support Group has carried out regular surveys on the use of technology enhanced learning in the higher education sector.
