IntroductionThe UCISA User Support Conference 2010 is organised by two of UCISA's groups: Support Services (UCISA-SSG) and Staff Development (UCISA-SDG). It brings together University managers and practitioners from a wide range of areas involved in supporting and delivering IT and Information customer services to share experience, ideas, hear from leading experts and influence UCISA's future work. |
The conference features a rich and varied programme of keynote speakers, plenary sessions and parallel sessions across number of strands, including learning and teaching, user training, skills development, service desks, web development and staff development. Discussion sessions allow delegates to share experiences on the most challenging issues of the day. Supplier presentations will point to potential solutions.
A full social programme provides plenty of opportunities for networking and relaxation.
The theme of the conference is 'Delivering excellent services in hard times'.
