Advisory and Support Staff Symposium 2009

The DITSS Subgroup and Service Desk Group are holding a joint symposium in July at Aston Business School, see Advisory and Support Staff Symposium 2009.

The theme for the 2009 Symposium is "It's not what you do, it's the way that you do it". The organisers have put together a programme which aims to address the needs of staff involved in the delivery, management or planning of advisory services in IT departments, libraries and MIS departments and distributed IT support staff working individually or in small groups away from the main centres. The programme explores issues of common interest and also provides a dual strand to allow delegates to pick and choose which items best address their individual needs.
