St Anne's College, Oxford
Situated within 5 acres of tranquil leafy grounds, St Anne’s College enjoys a unique atmosphere. St Anne’s site has grown rapidly in the last century, to become an attractive mix of buildings set within the grounds which straddling the main Banbury and Woodstock Roads in central north Oxford.

Accommodation
Accommodation will be in ensuite student bedrooms.
All rooms are single ensuite and have tea/coffee making facilities, shower gel, shampoo etc. They do not have TVs or shower hats. Ironing boards, irons and hairdryers are available for a small deposit from the Lodge. There are no telephones in the rooms. Bedrooms have free hard wired internet access (don’t forget your ethernet cable as there is only a limited supply of ethernet cables available from the Lodge).
Rooms will be available from 1300 and must be vacated on the day of departure by 1000 and keys returned to the Lodge. Luggage may be stored in the Lodge at the owners’ risk and it is strongly recommend not to leave any valuables.
Getting there
By train
There are frequent direct trains from London Paddington and regular links northwards via Birmingham, southwards via Reading, and westwards via Didcot. The station is a 15 minute walk from St Anne's, but there is a taxi rank at the station. A map with directions to St Anne's from the train station is available: Train Map
By coach
There are very frequent services from London Victoria Station and operated by Oxford Bus Company (‘Oxford Espress’) and Stagecoach (‘Oxford Tube’), as well as from Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. A rather less frequent service connects with Birmingham International airports. There are connections with many other parts of the country. The central bus and coach depot (Gloucester Green) is a 10 minute walk south of the College. A map with directions to St Anne's from the main coach station is available: Coach Map
By car
There is no parking available at St Anne's College.
The city centre is best avoided by approaching College from the north on the A4165 Banbury Road or A4144 Woodstock Road, both of which are accessible from the ring road. Sat Nav users should enter the postcode OX2 6HT. If using the M40 from the north leave at Junction 9, but from the south-east leave at Junction 8. However, on-road parking near College is near impossible, and unauthorized parking in College is prohibited. There are five park-and-rides available on the outskirts of Oxford. They are all clearly sign-posted, linked to the centre of the city by regular bus services, and open 24 hours per day (bus services run until about 9.30 pm). Overnight parking is allowed for 72 hours at Thornhill (East) on the A40 and Water Eaton (North). At Seacourt, Pear Tree and Redbridge parking is restricted to 24 hours.

Sports facilities
There are no gym facilities on site. However, the University Parks are opposite the College if delegates wish to go for an early morning run and the nearest swimming pool is Marston Ferry Road which is about a 10 minute walk.
