As the higher education sector faces the large-scale challenge of achieving significant budget savings whilst still delivering key services; it is clear that innovative procurement practices are set to be key factors in terms of improving efficiency, creating joined-up service delivery and helping deliver better services for less.

This one day seminar is intended to share the latest thinking on how to get the most from your ICT suppliers, and make your stretched budgets go further. We will be considering the challenges of shared services and hear of examples of innovative procurement processes in our sector.

The target audience for this event is the ICT buyer/Procurement staff and anybody else responsible for ICT purchasing in HE.
