Venue

The Sir Denis Rooke Building is located on the west side of the Loughborough University Campus at Holywell Park. The West Entrance is located about one mile from Junction 23 of the M1 Motorway with excellent communication links to the A50 and M42. On the Holywell Park area map of Loughborough University, the Sir Denis Rooke Building is marked as building four Directions to the University campus are available from here There is also a shuttle bus from the station every 10 minutes during term time and 20 minutes outside term time

Accommodation

There is no accommodation included with this event. However, should delegates wish to stay in Loughborough before or after the event, rooms can be booked at the Burleigh Court conference centre or at the Link Hotel . Free parking is available at the conference centre, it is a short 10 minutes walk to and from the venue.

Delegates who are attending the Google Apps event the day before, may wish to take advantage of a specially arranged discount on accommodation at the two hotels located by the conference facilities. Rooms can be booked at the nearby Burleigh Court conference centre (quote ref 116081, at £87 per person per night) or at the Link Hotel (ref 116088, at £70 per person per night).  If you are unable to book online, please phone reservations on 01509 228140 to check whether there are any last-minute rooms. Discounts will be honoured on all existing bookings if the reference numbers are quoted.
