Directors Forum on leadership

The third Directors Forum on Leadership will be held on 27 – 28 April 2010 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Manchester Airport.

Open to all UCISA Full member representatives

We have, in response to feedback from last year’s event included practical work in the programme. The event will begin with dinner on the evening of Tuesday 27 April which will include a presentation from Chris Cobb, Pro-Vice Chancellor of Roehampton University.

The substantive part of the programme on Wednesday 28 April will be a three hour workshop on Leading in challenging circumstances. The workshop will be led by David Chan and his team from the Centre for Information Leadership, City University London. The practical part of the Forum will be preceded by a discussion session to determine the services that the IT department of the future will provide and the skills required to lead it.
