Liaison

UCISA CISG liaises closely with HESA, UCAS, the Student Loans Company and the MIAP programme. The purpose of this work is to track the developments in the interfaces between these services and institutional systems and to ensure that both the community and systems suppliers are kept abreast of these developments.

SLC

Following on from the recent launch of the HEI Courses Service accessible through the HEI Portal, the SLC have announced that the HEI Course Database Web Service Partner Test Environment is now available to allow institutions to perform acceptance testing.

The SLC are introducing a significant change to the way that HE institutions submit their course database information. From May 2008, new web service and portal options will replace the previous CD Rom method. Click here for further information. Details of the technical specification are now available.
