Richard Smeeton's presentation made reference to the paper written by the AUT regarding working conditions for IT staff. The paper, reference LA7341, circulated in 2002/3, is only available to AUT members from the AUT website. It does not appear to be accessible from the UCU website.

The shared service project to provide extended hours IT support for students based around the NorMAN regional network in the North East will have a website shortly. A link to that site will be placed here in due course.
