Staff Development Group Best Practice Award 2009

Submissions are invited for this year’s Staff Development Group Best Practice Award. The theme of the Award is:

“Thinking out of the box in developing people”

The aim of the award is to focus on the use of staff development opportunities provided within the everyday life of an Information and Communications Technology team in one of our institutions. We are especially interested in submissions that demonstrate efforts to aid cultural change within an organisation. The focus is on “the people benefits” associated with staff development and not specifically upon the successful completion of a particular piece of work.
