Staff Development Group Best Practice Award 2011

The Staff Development Group is again offering a Best Practice Award, this year with the theme of Embedding a Service Culture.

We are particularly interested in receiving submissions that clearly demonstrate efforts that have delivered innovative solutions that are praised by your user community; staff, students and visitors.  The focus of your submission must be on service benefits that have arisen from a programme of staff development which has transformed aspects of your service.

A successful submission must demonstrate innovation; provide clear evidence of how participants’ skill sets have been enhanced to their benefit and that of their institution, providing appropriate financial evidence to demonstrate return on investment.
