Two residentials sessions are scheduled to build networks, share good practice, work on core topic areas and develop team and personal management skills.

Residential One (22-23 April, Aston Business School)

Residential Two (26-27 May, Aston Business School)

  • Customer focus (essentials of customer service; communication issues)
  • Technical service delivery (Service levels; ITIL and Quality issues)
  • Technical management (specialist management skills; roles and HEATED etc)
  • Project presentations
  • Programme Review

Exercises undertaken for online discussion and review

  • Strategies and policies (What’s important to you; relationship to service planning and delivery)
  • Information sources (Government Policy; Funding bodies; HEIs; technical developments; people management etc)
