Cost of downtime project

UCISA commissioned a study to explore in detail what impact in financial terms of the loss of key IT services within UK Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The work, which was funded by HEFCE, was undertaken by Jermyn Consulting and has now been completed.

The outputs from the project were presented at the UCISA Management Conference in Edinburgh in March during the University Showcase sessions and will be presented again at the BUFDG (British Universities Finance Directors Group) Conference in Warwick in April.
