CRM within higher education

Customer Relationship Management is being highlighted as a need across many institutions.  But what are the issues associated with implementing such solutions − and are they technology projects or is it all about people and processes?  Are universities ready for the cultural change CRM will need?  With the many different types of customers that a university has, where are the best areas for a HE institution to leverage such solution and within an institution will one CRM solution meet the needs of all its customers?

This seminar is aiming to explore CRM implementations not only from the technology involved but also from the all important cultural, people  and operational implications for universities.  It will have case studies covering the implementation of CRM in  both student facing and business facing situations, providing the background information needed to deliver successful CRM.  It will finish with a question and answer session.

Who is this seminar for?

If your institution is currently implementing or planning to go down the CRM route then this seminar is aimed at you, whether you are from an IT or customer facing department, or are a decision maker or someone charged with implementing the solution.
