Business Process Review is a hot topic across the sector with a number of institutions wishing to understand better how they function and how they can improve. However, there is a confusing array of tools, methods and outcomes and this seminar will explore ‘who has been doing what and how’ and provide an overview of the tools and techniques available.

 Who is the seminar for?

The seminar is aimed at anyone who wishes to learn more about BPR and its relevance to the sector and will present

  • An overview of work undergone at St Andrew and Bristol Universities 
    • Including where BPR sits within their organisations 
    • What tools and technologies are available 
    • An overview of related techniques such as Agile, Six Sigma and lean 
    • Rapid improvement events: impact and success 
    • The costs and benefits associated with BPR
