Who we are

The Business Relationship Management group is a community of IT Business Partners, Relationship Managers, and related professionals across the HE/FE IT community. We want to support each other by:

  • Sharing knowledge and best practice about BRM as a professional activity
  • Sharing collective insight into technology trends and how the sector is addressing common themes, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Developing the strategic and operational value of BRM – why institutions should embrace BRM roles and practices.
  • Creating networking opportunities through webinars, an active mailing list / Teams channel, and in-person events where these are of interest to the community.
  • Creation of suggested templates/ frameworks/ models for use when implementing and continuously improving BRM functions in HE.

Group Teams Sites are to be used by members to discuss subjects of common interest. People entitled to join the Site are members of Full and Affiliate member institutions (ie not Corporate members).
